My sophomore album, “a place to call home” is filled with countless stories. From memories of growing up, to falling in love, moving to land with my family, and building community. Over the course of two years, recording and finalizing, I became a mother— a foundation that winds its way throughout the record. It also honors lineage and the people and places who have shaped me.
Produced by my friend and fellow musician Ben Larsen in his home studio, overlooking 100 acres of wilderness. The album art features ten tracks, all of my own designs and writing, including artwork, an excerpt on homecoming, and a lyric insert.
A special thank you to everyone who contributed to bringing this work to life:
The Earth, my family, friends & community.
Ben Larsen, Producer, Guitar, piano, mandolin
Jason Petrin, mixing and mastering
Josh Bailey, drums
Lillian Sawyer, fiddle
Gavin Duffy, piano, keyboard, dobro
Duncan Galvin, Bass
Fernando Firmino, bass
Amanda Yeamn, photography.
